| When
you establish a swing, you can lead your customer towards a
goal. This can be achieved at its best by asking questions
at a pace they can easily answer , at a comfortable level.
Do not go too fast and neither too slowly. It must be the
right time. Swing with their state of mind and their way of
doing. In this way you are getting part of the customer's
state of mind, mark the rhythm as if you are going into
their mind and in the emotional situation in the right
moment of your interaction. It is assumed as a very high
level of communication. It means to go in synchrony with the
"vibrations" of the other person. |
